<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A hundred years ago, Grimeton Radio Station sent Sweden&#8217;s first wireless signal across the Atlantic. It marked the beginning of a new era. Today, we live constantly connected and, in a time, where movement and displacement are a natural part of our everyday lives and the larger geopolitical landscape. But what happens when language and identities are transferred from one context to another? What emerges and what is lost when border lines are crossed? Here, transformations and shifts occur that in their winding ramifications open up new experiences and relationships.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">During the spring, at the invitation of Art Inside Out, the artists have taken these questions and Grimeton&#8217;s various historical layers as their starting point and created new site-specific artworks. Together, they form an exhibition that, like a tidal wave, follows an untamed movement that contains philosophical, political and existential reflections.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">You can experience the art works in different parts on the radio station grounds \u2013 Eric Magassa&#8217;s installation is in the large Transmitter Hall in the main building and Einat Amir\u2019s video is presented in the bunker built during World War II that is located below the antenna masts. In the gallery The Room of the World you can see Emanuel Cederqvist&#8217;s photo series.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Throughout the exhibition period, Varberg-based artist Ana Carolina Flemming invites visitors and guests to the World Heritage Grimeton Radio Station to create a collective and large-scale artwork with her that mixes painting and sculptural, on a wooden board outside in the field.
