Arazo Arif

Poet Arazo Arif will perform a specially written text during the opening of the exhibition “In the Waves” at Grimeton Radiostation on June 14.

Arazo Arif is a poet, essayist, screenwriter and director. Her work moves on the border between the personal and the political, with a special eye for the invisible. Themes such as love, sexuality, violence, exile and migration recur in her work. Arazo Arif’s debut collection of poems Darkness Inside and Moisture was nominated for Borås Tidning’s debutant prize.
