Welcome to the opening of the exhibition In the Wake of the Waves!
In the Wake of the Waves, with the site-specific works of Einat Amir, Eric Magassa and Emanuel Cederqvist produced during their artistic residency in the spring of 2025, explores the possibilities and limits of translation as well as its inconsistencies, dissonances and resistance.
With the starting point in the World Heritage Grimeton Radio Station the exhibition takes a deep dive into the tumultuous movements of translation that constitutes a complex and fundamental part of human interaction, transnational flows and connections, and it does that through a collection of complex works in video, sound, collage and photography.

The six antenna towers of the Grimeton World Heritage Site are clearly visible as you approach the destination.
From the E6 motorway: From the E6, take exit 53 from the south or exit 54 from the north. From the exits, follow the signs for “Radiostationen Grimeton”.
From Varberg or Värnamo: Follow road 153 toward Värnamo or Varberg. As you approach the destination, follow the signs to “Radiostationen Grimeton”.
By public transportation From Varberg take bus 661 or the Åkturen bus. The bus stop is Grimeton Radiostation. Check the timetables at Hallandstrafiken
