Sebastian Dahlqvist

Sebastian Dahlqvist is an artist whose practice focuses on human relations and social interaction, often in relation to questions about place, more specifically access, appreciation and relationships to place. Dahlqvist’s practice also touches upon themes of power, economy, memory and history, which he uses to create other stories and spaces. Dialogue and collaborations are central parts of his practice, an attribute of which is a powerful, almost utopian potential for creating change. Since 2014, he has driven Mellanrum, a platform and instrument for the (re)distribution of place together with Veronika Hoffman
