Katja Pettersson
Designer Katja Pettersson’s work focuses on the hierarchy between people and nature, conveyed through interpretations and material explorations. In Falkenberg, she has worked at Tegelbruket 6 by the Ätran river and in collaboration with the clay, sand, people and animals at the site.
Katja Pettersson is an independent maker, as well as a senior lecturer in the design department at the University of Arts, Crafts & Design. Through her previous work in the design group Front, she is represented in the permanent collections at MOMA in New York, the Center Pompidou in Paris and the V & A Museum in London.
