Åsa Dybwad Norman at Rian

Textile artist and artist-in-residence at AIO Co-Lab 2026, Åsa Dybwad Norman is visiting the Rian Design Museum in Falkenberg.

As part of AIO Co-Lab, Åsa Dybwad Norman explores the dairy’s women’s history in the century-old dairy building in Årstad, in collaboration with Årstad’s very temporary art gallery.

During the lecture at Rian, you will hear about her work and learn how she uses embroidery, appliqué and archival material to create stories where the knowledge of the hand and body shapes stories over time.

The lecture is included in Rian’s entrance ticket or annual pass and is presented in collaboration with Rian Design Museum in Falkenberg.
